Scott Mitchell
General Sales Manager
Scott Mitchell grew up in Niles, MI and got his start in the automotive industry right out of college. His first job was as a salesman at a Chevrolet dealership in Memphis, TN. Over the years, he has held a variety of roles, including Sales Manager, GSM and Finance Director. Scott believes that “character is built when no one is watching.” His experience and passion for helping customers achieve their goals has been a driving force in his success. He loves sharing quality time with his family and spending time outdoors, especially mountain biking when it’s not raining.
Lacy Frey
Sales Manager
Lacy lives by the Golden Rule. It has served him well throughout his 25+ year career. No matter what his role, Lacy’s focus is always on creating the best experience for the customer. He grew up in Southern Illinois and spent 16 years in the office furniture industry before transitioning to automotive sales. As an automotive sales professional, Lacy has held a variety of roles including sales representative and Sales Manager. He enjoys attending live sporting events and concerts and spending time with his wife.
Terra Williams
Internet Sales Manager
A Nashville native, Terra Williams got into the automotive industry by chance. With a background in education, she began in an administrative position at a luxury car dealership in Nashville in 2014 and found she enjoyed the fast pace. Within two months, she had started the dealership’s first BDC Department. Terra coaches her team to manage phone and internet inquiries to ensure a great, positive first impression of the dealership. An avid sports fan, she actively follows the Vanderbilt Commodores, Atlanta Braves, Tennessee Titans and Nashville Predators sports teams.
Will Daly
Service Manager
An ASE-certified technician, Will Daly is a third-generation car guy. He grew up in an automotive family in Franklin, TN, and spent time at his grandfather’s car dealerships. When he turned 21, he joined the family business and completed the certified automotive technician/mechanic training program for GM vehicles. Before becoming Service Manager, Will put his extensive automotive knowledge to use as a skilled automotive technician and service advisor for both GM and Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram dealerships.
Molly Hohensee
Digital Marketing & Service BDC Manager
Born and raised in Columbia, TN, Molly Hohensee has over 15 years of experience in the automotive industry and has worked in digital marketing roles for Hendrick Automotive and Holley Performance. She is an aftermarket performance industry enthusiast who loves fast cars and attending car shows. Molly also enjoys kayaking, camping, hiking and all things Marvel. A die-hard Auburn fan, she also follows the Atlanta Braves and Tennessee Titans. She currently lives in Smyrna, TN with her army veteran husband and two beloved dogs. In her free time, she loves spending quality time with her friends and family.

Dan Kirk
Sales Representative
Born in Chicago, IL, Dan Kirk has been in the automotive industry for over 20 years. During that time, he held a variety of roles, including finance, sales, internet sales, sales manager, and general sales manager. Dan knows the products he sells well, having worked most of his career at Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealerships in the Nashville area. He loves working with people and making the impossible happen for his customers. A self-described sports nut, in his spare time, Dan enjoys watching football, baseball and UFC matches.

Catherine "Cat" Neal
Internet Sales
Cat Neal spent more than 20 years in the restaurant, banking, and airline industries before joining the dealership in 2018, where she has held a variety of roles. Serving as an unofficial morale officer, Cat encourages other employees and focuses on presenting a positive first impression for the dealership. Born in Independence, MO, Cat moved to Nashville in 1993, where she and her husband raised three sons. She loves to cook and in her spare time, Cat and her husband enjoy traveling in their Ram 2500 truck with their 40-foot travel trailer in tow.

Joel Jack
Finance Manager
Growing up out West, Joel Jack got his start in the automotive industry as a salesman in Southern California in 1989 when his neighbor encouraged him to give it a try. It was a great fit and Joel continued to refine his expertise in a variety of roles from salesperson to Sales Manager, to General Sales Manager and General Manager, including 25 years in finance in Minnesota. In his current role since March 2019, Joel has a grown son and daughter. He enjoys golfing and spending time on his boat with the love of his life.
Kathleen Crumby
Finance Manager
Kathleen Crumby grew up one of eight children in Donelson, TN. With a strong and extensive banking background, her work ethic and strong customer relationship skills made her an asset to any team. But after more than 24 years in automotive finance, she was looking to spend more time with her husband and son. In August 2020, when the opportunity to work fewer hours, closer to home presented itself, Kathleen joined the dealership as a part-time Finance Manager. She loves being outdoors and enjoys hiking, biking, and snorkeling with her husband and son.

Alicia Smith
Service Advisor
Alicia Smith is an automotive industry veteran who has worked in a variety of roles at several dealerships throughout her career. She started as a cashier at an Acura dealership in 1999, and has also been a warranty clerk, salesperson, and service advisor at Chrysler, GMC, Cadillac, and Hyundai dealerships. Originally from Long Island, NY, Alicia has two children and two grandchildren. She enjoys DIY crafts, watching the Hallmark Channel and spending time at home with her family.
Kraig Pemberton
Used Car Advisor
Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, Kraig Pemberton has over 20 years of experience in automotive sales and management. His co-workers refer to him as “the Postman” because of his unfailing dependability. He once walked to the dealership in a snowstorm when he was unable to get his car out, so someone would be available to assist customers. A single parent, Kraig enjoys spending time with his teenage daughter.
Anthony Novelle
Used Car Advisor
For Anthony Novelle, work is what keeps him going. Raised in New York state, he had more than 40 years’ experience in the construction industry when he became an automotive salesperson in 2017. In his current role, Anthony is responsible for the frontline integrity of the dealership’s inventory and is dedicated to ensuring that customers are satisfied with their purchase. He considers work his hobby but enjoys the occasional poker game. When he is not at work, there is nothing that he would rather do than spend time with his grandson.

Abby Harkins

Abby Harkins takes ‘taking care of customers’ seriously. As one of the first faces of the dealership, she makes sure customers get the best reception. She spent seven years at Asurion, earning her ASQ-CQIA quality improvement certification, before taking a ten-year career break to take care of her ailing father. She started in the receptionist role in 2020 and transitioned into her current role in May 2023. Born in Michigan, she moved frequently growing up and currently lives in Mt. Juliet, TN with her husband and six dachshunds. She enjoys knitting and singing and is very active in her church and locale missions.
Haley Sullivan
Receptionist
Raised in Mt, Juliet, Haley Sullivan is new to the automotive industry. With an engaging smile and helpful attitude, she enjoys talking to people and making them feel welcome. Before joining the team in April 2023, Haley worked in hospitality as a hostess and to-go specialist for a local restaurant. She loves working with children and has served as a babysitter and nanny, where she earned her CPR certification. Although she admits she is a social butterfly, Haley relishes time alone and enjoys music, home design and pampering herself.
