Wholesale to the Public: AS-IS Used Cars at Deep Discounts
“Wholesale to the Public” means you’re buying a vehicle as-is, at a steeply discounted price, before we spend time and money reconditioning it for retail. These are typically older trade-ins or higher-mileage units. No warranty. No promises. Big savings. If you’re handy, budget-savvy, or shopping for a basic commuter, this lane can be a win.
What You’re Getting (and Not Getting)You get: Rock-bottom pricing—often below typical retail book values. Full transparency about what we know right now (intake notes, basic observations). Access to pre-purchase inspections—bring your mechanic or arrange a mobile inspection. Clean title disclosure (as available) and standard sale paperwork.
You don’t get: No warranty, expressed or implied (as permitted by Tennessee law). No reconditioning (no fresh tires/brakes/fluids unless noted). No cosmetic fixes (expect dings, scratches, stained seats, etc.). No promises about future repairs—you’re taking on that risk. Translation: You’re trading certainty for price.
Who This Program Is For (...and not for)A good fit if you: Want the lowest possible purchase price and accept repair risk. Are comfortable with DIY fixes or have a trusted shop. Need a work truck, second car, teen’s first car, or basic runabout. Are okay with cosmetic wear and potential mechanical needs. Not a good fit if you:
Want turn-key reliability and retail-level reconditioning. Prefer warranty coverage or certified pre-owned standards. Don’t have budget set aside for repairs after purchase. Typical Inventory You’ll See Higher-mileage trade-ins that still run and drive. Vehicles with cosmetic issues (hail, faded paint, worn interiors). Units needing maintenance (tires, brakes, sensors, leaks). Niche/older models that aren’t worth retail recon. Inventory changes daily—first-come, first-served.
How to Buy Browse our Wholesale List and pick a few VINs to inspect. Review our intake notes and arrange your pre-purchase inspection (optional, recommended). Decide and buy—cash or certified funds preferred. Some lenders may finance older, high-mileage, as-is vehicles; approvals vary.
Trades welcome. Taxes, tags, and fees apply.
Radical Transparency (Read This Before You Visit) AS-IS = You own it, with all faults, at delivery. We encourage inspections. We do a basic intake evaluation so the car can be moved safely on-lot, but we don’t diagnose everything. Expect unknowns. Price reflects condition and risk. If we reconditioned it, the price would be higher—this program skips that step on purpose. FAQ
Is “Wholesale to the Public” the same as an auction? No. You get auction-style pricing without needing a dealer’s license. You inspect and buy directly from us. Can I get it inspected? Yes. Bring your mechanic or schedule a mobile inspection to our lot before you buy.
Can I add a warranty later? Most third-party warranties require a qualifying inspection and vehicle criteria. For older/high-mileage units, coverage may be limited or unavailable. Ask, but plan as if there’s no warranty. Why are these so cheap? Because we bypass reconditioning and price in the known and unknown repairs you may need to handle.
Do you negotiate? Pricing is already discounted to move quickly. If you want ultra-low price, this is it; if you want fully reconditioned, shop our retail used inventory. Do you offer financing? Sometimes. Some banks won’t finance older/high-mileage AS-IS units. If financing is a must, talk to us early.
